About Us

Who We Are

Ayles Group has its roots in a working plumbing company based at Kiln Farm, a light-industrial estate on the edge of Milton Keynes. Our core business has always been hands-on plumbing and filtration work, fitting pipework, servicing systems, and being the team that shows up when something genuinely needs to get fixed. The online store grew out of that day-to-day trade work, not the other way around.

Our Relaunch

Ayles Group Ltd was originally wound up as a business, and for a period we weren’t trading under this name at all. We’re now relaunching Ayles Group from our current premises at 40 Carters Ln, Kiln Farm, Milton Keynes, MK11 3HL, United Kingdom, bringing our plumbing and filtration work back under one roof alongside a dedicated equipment store.

This relaunch builds on the trade experience and practical knowledge developed through our previous work. Ayles Group is now bringing those services and our equipment store together under a clearer structure, with plumbing services and trade equipment available side by side, run by people who understand and use the products we supply.

If you’ve dealt with us previously, you’ll find the same practical approach and commitment to straightforward, reliable service, now operating under the Ayles Group name.

Current Business

Ayles Group is now operating from our Milton Keynes premises as a plumbing, filtration and trade equipment business. We provide plumbing services alongside the sale of trade equipment and filtration products.

Why We Started Selling Equipment

After years on job sites, we noticed the same thing kept happening: other tradespeople, facilities managers, and site supervisors would see the tools and safety gear we were using and ask where we'd sourced it. We were already buying carefully for our own crew — testing rakes and grounds equipment that could survive a full season, visors that actually held up to a full day's work without fogging or cracking, filtration components we'd trust on a paying customer's system — so opening that same sourcing up to other buyers was a natural next step rather than a leap into an unfamiliar industry. Every product in this store has effectively already passed a trial run: ours.

What We Stock

Our catalogue is built around three categories that map directly onto the work we do and the trades we serve: outdoor grounds maintenance tools such as rakes, cutting equipment, and general yard tools; safety equipment including visors, protective wear, and broader site PPE; and filtration products covering both water and air applications, an area we know particularly well from our plumbing and filtration servicing background. We've kept the range focused rather than broad for a reason — everything listed here is something we'd genuinely use, recommend to another tradesperson, or have already used ourselves on-site.

How We Operate

Orders placed through our website are processed from our Milton Keynes premises within 1–2 working days of being received, and are then shipped via Royal Mail, DPD, or FedEx depending on the size, weight, and destination of the item in question. Typical delivery, once dispatched, takes 5–6 days in transit, meaning most customers across the UK can expect their order to arrive within 6–8 days of placing it. At present, we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom, which allows us to keep delivery estimates realistic and consistent rather than making promises about international logistics we can't fully control. If something arrives damaged, defective, or simply isn't the item you ordered, we cover the cost of return shipping in full, with no arguments, no restocking fees, and no unnecessary back-and-forth — we'd rather sort it quickly and keep the relationship than make you fight for something that was our error to begin with.

Who We Work With

Because of our plumbing background, a meaningful share of our customers are fellow tradespeople — plumbers, groundskeepers, and facilities teams — who buy from us precisely because they know the equipment has already been used in the field by people doing the same kind of work. Alongside that trade audience, we also supply individual buyers picking up a single tool or piece of safety equipment for a one-off job. If you're ordering on behalf of a crew or a facilities team and want to discuss volume pricing, we're set up to handle recurring orders and can talk through pricing that reflects the way you actually buy.

Talk to Us

If you've got a question about a product before you buy, want advice on which piece of safety equipment actually fits your risk assessment, or you're simply not sure whether something in our range is right for the job in front of you, we'd genuinely rather you asked first than guessed and ended up with the wrong item. Our team is easy to reach at info@aylesgroup.co.uk or on +44 1908 567621, and because we're a small operation with real trade experience based here in Milton Keynes, you'll be speaking to someone who's likely used the product themselves — not reading from a script. We usually reply within one working day.
