Do you ship outside the UK?
Not currently — we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom, which allows us to keep our delivery estimates accurate and dependable rather than making broad promises about international logistics we can't fully guarantee.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of being placed and are then shipped via Royal Mail, DPD, or FedEx, with delivery typically taking a further 5–6 days in transit. Taken together, most customers receive their order within 6–8 days of purchase, door to door.
Is shipping free?
Yes, automatically, on any order totalling £50 or more. Orders below that threshold will have a shipping cost calculated and shown at checkout based on the weight and destination of the parcel.
What's your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and still in its original packaging. If the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, we cover return shipping in full; for change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards, Shop Pay, and PayPal, all processed securely at checkout.
Do you sell to trade and commercial customers?
Yes, regularly — a meaningful part of our customer base is landscaping contractors, groundskeepers, and facilities teams. If that's you, email us for bulk pricing tailored to your order volume.
Where are you based, and is that a real address?
We're located at Kiln Farm in Milton Keynes, and every order placed through the site is processed and dispatched from that physical location — it isn't a virtual address or a drop-ship arrangement.
Is Ayles Group actually a plumbing company?
Yes — plumbing and filtration work is our core business, and it's how this equipment range came about in the first place. We opened the store to other tradespeople and buyers after being asked repeatedly where we sourced our own tools and safety gear.
Is your safety equipment certified?
Our safety equipment is selected to meet the standards relevant to its category, but it remains the buyer's responsibility to confirm suitability for their specific site and risk assessment before use. Reach out if you need spec details on a particular item before ordering.
