Terms of service

Overview

These Terms of Service set out the conditions under which you may use the Ayles Group website and make purchases through it. The site is operated by Ayles Group, trading from 40 Carters Ln, Kiln Farm, Milton Keynes, MK11 3HL, United Kingdom. By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you're agreeing to the terms set out in full below.

Orders and Pricing

All prices displayed on the site are listed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable under current UK tax law. Occasionally, despite our best efforts, a pricing or listing error can slip through — in that event, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel any affected order, and we will always notify you directly and issue a full refund rather than silently charging an incorrect amount. Receiving an order confirmation email indicates that we've successfully received your order; it isn't a guarantee of stock availability. In the rare case that an item you've ordered turns out to be unavailable, we'll contact you directly to sort out the best way forward, whether that's a substitute, a partial refund, or a full cancellation.

Payment

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, and PayPal, all processed securely through our checkout. Full payment is required at the point of order in order for processing and dispatch to begin — we don't currently offer partial payment or invoice-on-delivery arrangements for standard online orders.

Limitation of Liability

Ayles Group supplies grounds maintenance, safety, and filtration equipment intended for general use in line with standard industry practice across the sectors we serve. It remains the customer's responsibility to confirm that any safety equipment purchased is genuinely appropriate for their specific site conditions, risk assessment, and any applicable regulatory requirements relevant to their industry or region — we can advise, but we can't complete a site-specific risk assessment on your behalf. Ayles Group is not liable for misuse of products outside their clearly intended purpose, nor for consequential losses arising from delivery delays that fall outside our direct control, such as carrier network disruption.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
